Dagny K. Sorensen, age 101, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2007 at the Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on September 28, 1905 in Cordova, Nebraska, the daughter of Nels and Kathrine Nelsen Thompsen. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since 2001 moving from Denver, Colorado, she was a homemaker. Memberships include: St. Paul's Lutheran Church Lakewood, CO On April 4, 1928 she married Lerche F. Sorensen in Cordova, Nebraska. He passed away on February 9, 1999 in Denver, Co. Survivors: Two Sons Russell Sorensen Arvada, Colorado Richard Sorensen Arvada, Colorado One Daughter Carolyn Stolte Scott City, Kansas One Sister Laura Swanson Lincoln, Nebraska Eleven Grandchildren Seventeen Great Grandchildren She was preceded in death by her Parents, and Husband.
