Eugene Knoll

Garden City, Kansas Eugene W. Knoll, age 81, died Saturday, July 10, 2010 at his home in Raymore, Missouri. He was born October 17, 1928 in St. Peter, Kansas the son of Adam and Eva Richmeier Knoll. He moved to Raymore, Missouri in 2007 from Garden City where he was a farmer. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church of Garden City, Kansas. On August 8, 1950 he married Dorothy J. Ingels in Garden City, Kansas. She survives. Other Survivors include: One Son, Eric E. Knoll of Raymore, Missouri; Three Brothers, Clarence Knoll of Deerfield, Kansas, A.S. Knoll of Garden City, Kansas and Marcellyn Knoll of Garden City, Kansas; Four Sisters, Adeline Burgardt of Garden City, Kansas, Cyrlla L'Ecuyer of Eudora, Kansas, Agnella Horning of Garden City, Kansas and Glorianne Bascue of Garden City, Kansas; Four Grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild.. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters. Vigil and Rosary services will be held at 7:30pm on Monday, July 12, 2010 at the St. Mary Catholic Church in Garden City. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30am on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the St. Mary Catholic Church with Father James Baker presiding. Friends may call from Noon-6:00pm on Monday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas. Interment will be in the Deerfield Cemetery in Deerfield, Kansas. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be given to the Eugene Knoll Memorial Fund in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City.
