Marilyn Mae Kendrick, age 81, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Parklane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on November 3, 1940, in Boise, Idaho, the daughter of Martin Earl and Mildred Jurldean Hammond Spellman. She was a resident of Scott City, Kansas from her youth.

She was a member of the Immanuel Southern Baptist Church in Scott City, Kansas, and was a member of Women on Mission.

On October 5, 1958, she married E. Earl Kendrick in Scott City, Kansas. He passed away on January 25, 2021.

Survivors include One Daughter - Annette & Chris Shultz of Paola, Kansas, one daughter-in-law - Kendra Kendrick of Scott City, Kansas, One sister - Mary Lou & Jim Redfern of Pueblo, Colorado, three brothers - Max & Jerri McQuitty of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Mike & Teresa McQuitty of Pueblo, Colorado, Robert & Tracy McQuitty of Colorado, six grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother - Tommy, one son - Brett, and one Grandson - Ryan

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, at Immanuel Southern Baptist Church in Scott City, Kansas with pastor Chris Shultz presiding.

Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas.

Memorial in Lieu of Flowers can be made to the Immanuel Southern Baptist Church or the Park Lane Nursing home in care of Price and Sons Funeral Home; PO Box 553; Scott City, Kansas 67871.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at Price & Sons Funeral home in Scott City, Kansas.
