Francisco Frances Chino, age 45, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City Kansas. He was born on January 29 1977, in Guerrero, Mexico, The son of Jeremias Frances Robles and Paula Chino Castro. He was a resident of Scott City, Kansas since 2008 moving from Scottsdale, Arizona. He was the chef, owner, and operator of The Steakhouse in Scott City, Kansas.

He was a member of the catholic faith.

Survivors include his wife, Maria Cortez Lopez of Scott City, Kansas, Two Sons, Eric Frances Cortez of Dodge City, Kansas, Jeremy Frances Cortez of Scott City, Kansas, His Mother, Paula Chino Castro of Guerrero, Mexico, and Seven Brothers, Marcelo Frances Chino of Phoenix, Arizona, Vidal Frances Chino of Phoenix, Arizona, Fredi Frances Chino of Scott City, Kansas, Hildeberto Frances Chino of Phoenix, Arizona, Arturo Frances Chino of Guerrero, Mexico, Angel Frances Chino of Guerrero, Mexico, Sirino Frances Chino of Guerrero, Mexico, Two Sisters, Guadalupe Frances Chino of Guerrero, Mexico, Irairis Frances Chino of Guerrero, Mexico

He was preceded in death by his father, Jeremias Frances Robles, Grandfather, Pudenciano Chino Carrera, and Grandmother, Rosa Castro Ramirez.

Vigil services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City, Kansas.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 23, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Scott City, Kansas with Fr. Don Bedore presiding. Funeral services will be live-streamed at www.priceandsons.com.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday and 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Sunday at Price & Sons Funeral Home, 401 Washington St., Scott City, Kansas, 67871.
