Emmett Davis

Emmett E. Davis, age 60, passed away in Scott City, Kansas on August 28, 2006. He was born on July 5, 1946 in Comanche, Oklahoma, the son of Robert Theodore Davis and Dorothy N. White Davis Aday. In 1965 he graduated from high school in Eads, Colorado, and was in the US Army from 1968 until 1970. Emmett owned and operated Davis Auto Body Repair Shop in Cordell, Oklahoma from 1975 until 1978 where he owned and operated Davis Construction from 1978 until 2002. In 2002 he moved to Scott City, Kansas and worked as a contractor for Wheatland Broadband until his illness in July of 2006. Memberships Include: Cub Scout Master On March 10, 1971 he married Jacquetta D. Hartwell in Gillette, Wyoming. Survivors: One Son Michael Davis Scott City, Kansas Two Daughters LaLani & Jevin Kasselman Scott City, Kansas Christy & Roy Kirk Scott City, Kansas One Brother Charles R.
