Please accept my condolences to the family, as I am sure he will be sorely missed. Tom and I were good friends in the Kansas National Guard, and I was always hoping I could catch up to him and visit about the old days. He was a good man and a hard worker. We used to brain storm about buying out a small railroad, until we started thinking about all the factors that would make it such a risky business. It looks like Tom did it, and made it happen, and I am so happy for him and his family. I am proud to have known Tom and wished I could have said good by one more time. May God bless him and his family.
Tom didn't know any strangers. Tom used to love to have ABATE meetings at his shop and have big cookouts. I can also remember making Breakfast Burritos for the July Bash down at Meade Lake. Tom loved his family and his friends. RIP Tom.
