Hazel Browning

Hazel M. Browning, age 91, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2010 at the Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on June 16, 1919 in Logan County, Kansas, the daughter of William Pink and Metisha Isabelle Farr Patton. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, she was a homemaker. Her memberships include the Church of the Nazarene of Scott City. On March 21, 1938 she married Roy Glenn Browning in Scott City, Kansas. He passed away on July 12, 1982 in Garden City, Kansas. Survivors Include her One Son - Don Browning of Scott City, Kansas, One Daughter - Jo Ann Norman of Scott City, Kansas, One Niece - Linda Beckley of Denton, Texas, One Brother - Arthur Patton of Grand Rapid, Minnesota, Seven Grandchildren, Fifteen Great Grandchildren and One Great Great Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Seven Brothers and Two Sisters. Funeral Services will be held at the Church Of The Nazarene in Scott City, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 19, 2010 with Pastor Ward Clinton presiding. Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the Church Of The Nazarene or Park Lane Nursing Home % Price & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and 9:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Friday.
