Virgil M. "Buzz" Storm, age 66, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2007 at Via Christi St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. He was born on May 6, 1941 in Scott City, Kansas, the son of Virgil and Valerian Irwin Storm. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas he was the owner and operator of Storm Machine Shop in Scott City, Kansas. He was in the US Marine Corp from 1962 until 1964 serving on the USS Kittyhawk and later was a Scott County Volunteer Fireman from 1968 to 1978. Memberships include: First Christian Church Scott City, Kansas Anthem Masonic Lodge Scott City, Kansas On December 17, 1964 he married Sharron Shuler in Scott City, Kansas. She survives. Survivors: Wife Sharron Storm Scott City, Kansas One Son Tyler Storm Albuquerque, NM One Daughter Kimberly Smith Scott City, Kansas One Brother Vernon Storm Scott City, Kansas One Sister Virgie Schwartz Scott City, Kansas Two Grandchildren - Jake and Eston Storm. He was preceded in death by his Parents, and One Infant Brother. Funeral Services will be held at the First Christian Church in Scott City, Kansas at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 15, 2007. Officiating will be the Rev. Jeff Knighton. Memorials may be given to the First Christian Church, Scott County EMT's or the Scott County Hospital % Price & Sons Funeral Home Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery.
