Timothy Leon Morris, age 35, died Thursday, February 14, 2008 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on July 13, 1972 in Denver, Colorado the son of Herman L. Peak and Marilou Whittier Morris. A resident of Garden City since 2005 moving from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he was a chef, a musician and a jack-of-all-trades.
He was a member of the Christian faith and the founder of Warfare Records Recording Studio. He enjoyed fishing, camping computers and spending time with his kids.
On February 14, 2000, he married Peggy Lee Hawkins in Fort Morgan, Colorado. She survives.
Other Survivors Include: Three Sons: Tomothy Leon Morris II of Nebraska, Andrew Leon Morris of the home and Bruce LeNormand of the home; Three Daughters: Samantha Hope Morris of the home, Ashlee Raeann Morris of Nebraska and Angel Marie Werbicki of Cheyenne, Wyoming; One Sister: Janine Morris of Merino, Colorado; One Niece: Kathleen Perez of Greeley, Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jon Morris.
Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
There will be no calling times.
The family requests memorials be given to the Tim Morris Memorial Fund in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City.
