Timothy L. Hamill

Timothy L. Hamill , 52 passed away January 22,2016 at his home in Canon City , Co. He was born April 17,1963 to Everett “Sonny” Hamill and Myrna “Lavon” Hamill in Garden City. He met Tammy Waggoner on August 31,1984 and the two married on Dec.16,1994. He was a life long resident of Holcomb, KS moving recently to Colorado. He had an incredible way to always make people laugh with a sense of humor like none other. He lived life to the fullest despite an accident in 2004 which left him disabled. He continued with his passion for hunting, fishing, camping, motorcycling and collecting guns. His most cherished moments was being called “Papa” from his 9 grandchildren. “My Boys” or “My Girls” was always how he spoke of them with an overflowing amount of love. He is survived by wife Tammy of the home, mother Lavon of the home, daughter Crystal Waggoner of Canon City, Colorado, sons Jeremy Hamill of Stillwater, Oklahoma, Brandon Waggoner of Canon City, Colorado and Brother Danny Hamill of Garden City, Kansas. Several Aunts, Uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Sonny Hamill, sisters Sonnie Sue Hamill Roth, Cheryl Sullivan, brother Randy Hamill and his grandparents. Funeral Services will be on Monday, February 1, 2016 at the Word Of Life Church at 10:00 A.M. Inurnment will follow at the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas. Memorials can be made to the Timothy Hamill Memorial Fund.
