Thawng Chan

Thawing Chan, age 29, died on Monday, February 20, 2017 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on May 10, 1987 in Chin, Myanmar, the son of Zam Kung and Khua Sung. He was currently employed with Tyson. Survivors include: Wife Lang Par of Myanmar One Daughter Ni Cin Par of Myanmar Four Sisters Ngun Tha Nawn Sung of Lansing, Michigan Ni Ni Shwe of Lansing, Michigan Sung Nawn Tial of Lansing, Michigan Siang Chin Par of Lansing, Michigan Two Brothers Cung Tin Sang of Murfreesboro, Tenneese Bawi Thawing of Lansing, Michigan Funeral services will be held at the St. James Lutheran Church on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 12:00 (noon). Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Interment will be held immediately following the funeral service at the Valley View Cemetery in Garden Memorials are suggested to the the Chan Thawing Memorial Fund in care of Price and Sons Funeral Home, 620 N.
