Terry L. Twedt

Terry L. Twedt, age 68 passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2016 at the St. Francis Hospital in Wichita, Kansas. He was born on January 19, 1948 in Hudson, South Dakota, the son of Roy & Frances Hartman Twedt. Terry was a resident of Scott City, Kansas since 2005 moving from Iowa. He was a farmer, among other jobs and was a US Army Veteran. He enjoyed attending auctions and collecting toy tractors & trucks and being a supporter of 4-H. On September 4, 2005 he married Lorraine Bogenhagen Claussen in Scott City, Kansas. She survives. Survivors include his Wife - Lorraine Twedt of Scott City, Kansas, Two Sons - Stacey Twedt and Troy Twedt, One Step Son - Jeremy Claussen of Haysville, Kansas and Four Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents, and Grandparents. Funeral Services will be held at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas, at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 4, 2016 with Pastor Warren Prochnow presiding. Memorials in Lieu of Flowers memorials may be given to the Scott County 4-H or Scott County EMT’s in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Sharon Springs Cemetery in Sharon Springs, Kansas. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday @ Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.
