Shirley Rein

Shirley Jean Rein, age 70, passed away on Monday, October 7, 2013 at Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on May 25, 1943 in Tacoma, Washington, the daughter of George T. and Verna May Adam Hasty. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since 1974 moving from Sugar City, Colorado, she was a retired teacher for USD 466 Scott City, Kansas. On September 11, 1964 she married Robert A. Rein in Roswell, New Mexico. He survives. Survivors include her Two Daughters - Teresa J. and Scott Noll of Scott City, Kansas, Charlene A. & Robb Murphy of Spring Hill, Kansas, One Sister - Glenna S. Dorris of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Six Grandchildren - Amelia Vasko of Scott City, Kansas, Alivia Noll of Scott City, Kansas, Avry Noll of Scott City, Kansas, Addison Noll of Scott CIty, Kansas, Matthew Noll of Scott City, Kansas, Danielle Noll of Scott City, Kansas and Legacy Murphy of Spring Hill, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her Parents and One Son - Bryan A. Rein, DVM. Funeral Services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 12, 2013 with Rev. Dennis Carter presiding. Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the Scott County Library % of Price & Son Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and 10:00 a.m until 8:00 p.m. Friday @ Price & Sons Funeral Home in scott City, Kansas.
