LAKIN, KANSAS Sarah A. Harlan, age 97, died Monday, May 8, 2006, at the High Plains Retirement Village in Lakin, Kansas. She was born October 10, 1908 in Clay County, Illinois the daughter of Walter A. and Lula May Snider Biggs. A resident of Lakin since 1979 moving from Ulysses, Kansas she was a homemaker. She was a member of the Christian Faith. On July 17, 1943 she married Olan R. Harlan @ Tucson, Arizona. He survives. Other Survivors include: 1 Son, Frank DeWayne Harlan of Rock Springs, Wyoming: 1 Sister, Beatrice Browning of Chandler, Arizona: 4 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren She was preceded in death by 1 Son, Walter Ray Harlan and 1 Brother, Carl Biggs. Funeral services will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, May 11, 2006 @ The Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City with Rev. Ron Thomke presiding. Interment will be held at 1:30pm in the Lakin Cemetery, Lakin, Kansas. Friends may call from 11:00am-8:00pm Wednesday @ the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City.
