Robert Edward Brand

Robert E. Brand, age 78, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015 at his home in Healy, Kansas. He was born on May 19, 1937 in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado, the son of John Henry and Laura May Jones Brand Sr.. A resident of Healy, Kansas since 1965 moving from Hays, Kansas, he was a school teacher and farmer. He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Healy, Kansas. On May 30, 1958 he married Lee Mae Stewart in Healy, Kansas. She survives. Survivors include his Wife - Lee Mae Brand of Healy, Kansas, One Son - Ted Brand of Denver, Colorado, One Daughter - Rachel Redburn of Healy, Kansas, One Brother - Bill Brand of Buellton, California, Eight Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and One Brother - John Henry Brand, JR. Funeral Services will be held at the Healy United Methodist Church in Healy, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2015 with the Rev. Bud Tuxhorn presiding. Memorials may be given to the Healy United Methodist Church Window Fund % Price & Sons Funeral Home. There will be no calling times.
