Richard James "Doc" Rogers, age 85, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at the Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas. He was born on December 21, 1921 in Winfield, Kansas, the son of Samuel & Viola Miller Rogers. He was a resident of Scott City, Kansas since 1949 having moved from Arkansas City, Kansas. He was a US Army WWII Veteran and a Chiropractor Member: First Baptist Church Scott City Scott City Shrine Club Scott City Scott City Masonic Lodge Scott City On June 15, 1941 he married Connie Harrington in Winfield, Kansas. She passed away on July 11, 2002 in Scott City, Kansas.
