Ramon Holguin-Gonzalez, age 55, passed away near Leoti, Kansas on Sunday, June 29, 2014. Ramon was born February 9, 1959 in San Francisco de Conchos, Chihuahua, Mexico, the son of Conrado & Perfecta Gonzalez Holguin. A resident of Leoti, Kansas since 1989 moving from Colorado, he was a farmer and stockman.
Ramon was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Leoti, Kansas.
On June 3, 1985 he married Elodia Carrasco at Lamar, Colorado

His parents, two sisters, Evangelina Holguin Gonzalez & Berta Holguin-Gonzalez, Two brother Natalio Holguin-Gonzalez and Zeferino Holguin-Gonzalez, a grandson, Isaac Cristoval Holguin and a nephew, Luis, Holguin-Gonzalez, Jr, preceded him in death.
Vigil services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, July 5, 2014 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Leoti, Kansas with Father Bernard Felix officiating. Funeral Mass will be held immediately following the vigil services.
Burial will be at a later date in Cemeterio de San Francisco de Conchos, Camargo Chih. Mexico.
There are no calling times.
