Phyllis Madelene Holloway, age 91, passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on June 20, 1920 in Minneola, Kansas, the daughter of S.F. and Annie Lucille Tucker Gish. Moving from Garden City, Kansas to Scott City, Kansas from 1963 until 1978, she moved back to Scott City in 1999, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Scott City, Kansas and also attended the Lutheran Church in Tucson, Arizona. On June 17, 1939 she married Lyle Eugene Holloway in Garden City, Kansas. He passed away on June 27, 1999 in Scott City, Kansas. Survivors include: Two Sons Kim & Marsha Holloway of Scott City, Kansas Kirk & Desiree Holloway of Wichita, Kansas Three Daughters Phyllis & Greg Long of Scott City, Kansas Kyle & Chris Carroll of Scott City, Kansas Tracey & Terry Richmeier of Scott City, Kansas One Daughter In Law Linda Holloway Robertson of Montezuma, Kansas Three Brothers David Gish of Kansas City, Missouri Bob Gish of Albuquerque, New Mexico Rodney Gish of Albuquerque, New Mexico Fourteen Grandchildren Twenty One Great Grandchildren One Great Great Grandchild She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, One Son â Ronnie Holloway, and One Brother â Glen Gish.
