Phyllis L. Corrigan, 85, died Wednesday, December 4, 2013, at the Centre Avenue Health & Rehab Facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was born September 4, 1928, in Garden City the daughter of Amel and Grace (Marmon) Landgraf. A resident of Garden City her entire life, she was a homemaker.
Phyllis was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Garden City and she enjoyed traveling, fishing, pheasant hunting, and visiting with family and friends.
On January 29, 1949 she married Howard C. Corrigan in Garden City. He died September 22, 1992 in Amarillo, Texas.
Survivors include: Two Sons, Mike (& Mary) Corrigan of Hoyt, Kansas and Troy (& Bonnie) Corrigan of Bellvue, Colorado; Five brothers, Amel (& Dot) Landgraf of Blackshear, Georgia, Larry (& Janet) Landgraf of Mesa Arizona, Richard Landgraf of McDade, Texas, Wilbur (& Beccy) Landgraf of Garden City and Norman (& Mary) Landgraf of Garden City; Six Grandchildren, Joshua (& Amanda) Corrigan of Waxahachie, Texas, Matthew (& Chetna) Corrigan of Dulles, Virginia, Mike Corrigan Jr of Hoyt, Kansas, Janell Corrigan of Topeka, Kansas, Mayree (& Manuel) Gracia of Fort Polk, Louisiana and Jeremy Andrews of Hoyt, Kansas; Six Great-Grandchildren and numerous nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; 1 Son, David Wayne Corrigan, 2 Sisters, Marjorie Hands and Marian WeinnmanSchultz and 1 Brother, Roger Landgraf.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2013, at the Price and Sons Funeral Home in Garden City followed by graveside services at Valley View Cemetery in Garden City.
Friends may call from noon to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the First United Methodist Church in care of the funeral home.
