Peggy Surber

Garden City Peggy Jane Surber, age 55, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at the Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on January 20, 1955 in Garden City, Kansas the daughter of Reginald H. and Louise M. Dozal Fenton. A resident of Garden City since 1991 moving from Olathe, she had been a Dietary Technician and later a Screen Printer. She was a member of the Christian faith. Survivors include: Two Sons, Leo Stage of Garden City, Kansas and Jason Elijah Surber of Kansas City, Kansas; One Daughter, Stephanie Audra Stage of Kansas City, Kansas; One Brother, Jerry H. Fenton of Memphis, Tennessee; Two Sisters, Mattie Harvey of Surprise, Arizona and Diane L. Lucas of St. Louis, Missouri; One Grandson, Dayson Blake Zundt-Stage of Garden City, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Eddie Fenton. Memorial Services and Inurnment will be held at a later date. There will be no calling times at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials be given to the Peggy Surber Memorial Fund in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home.
