Pearl Marie Harris, age 94, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 22, 2022, at the Greeley County Long Term Care in Tribune, Kansas. She was born on June 27, 1928, in Parsons, Kansas to Karl Phillip and Mary Crystal Coleman Koestel. She was a member of the community since 1948, moving from Parson, Kansas. She was a homemaker, housewife, and Avon representative for 35 years.
Pearl married Elmer Gail Harris on September 19, 1948, in Raton, New Mexico. Elmer passed away on March 7, 1998, in Tribune, Kansas.
Pearl was a member of the United Methodist Church in Tribune, Kansas. She was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge - South Colony Unit.
Survivors include; two sons - Kenneth Harris of Kinsley, Kansas, Randy Harris of Tribune, Kansas, one sister - Vera Dinkel of Las Vegas, Nevada, and seven grandchildren - Kelly & Gwynn Harris of Elbert, Colorado, Tina & Brian Harris Rodriguez of La Crosse, Kansas, Justin & Melissa Harris of Tribune, Kansas, NyCole & Kevin Harris Nelson of Tribune, Kansas, Heather Harris Felty of Tribune, Kansas, Chad & Katie Harris of Jetmore, Kansas, Amanda & Tyler Harris Case of Cimmaron, Kansas, sixteen Great-grandchildren, and 7 Great great-grandchildren.
Pearl was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two children, Mary Ann and Keith, and her siblings - Edith Kinderkinect, Fern Bernnett, Norma Todd, Endna Smith, Lyle Koestel, Ervin Koestel, Glenn Koestel, Leonard Koestel.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 10:00 MTN at the Greeley County Cemetery in Tribune, Kansas with Pastor Jeri Farmer presiding.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. with the family present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at the Price and Sons Funeral Home at 322 Second in Tribune, Kansas.
Memorials In Lieu Of Flowers may be given to the Greeley County 4H or to the Greeley County Long Term Care in care of Price and Sons funeral home Po box 161, Leoti, KS, 67861.
