Pat Rudolph, age 85, of Scott City, KS passed away on June 22 in Scott City KS.
Patricia Lou Hollingsworth was born February 20 1931 to Ralph and Eythel (Hopper) Hollingsworth in Scott City KS. Being a lifelong resident she attended Scott City schools graduating from Scott Community High School with the class of 1949.
She married Lowell L Rudolph in Scott City. She was an active farm wife, loving the farm life.
She is survived by her husband, Lowell, daughters Kathleen and Tom Moore, LuAnn and Jon Buehler, five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She is also survived by three sisters, Roberta Smith of Chino Valley AZ, Connie and Larry Knobbe of Marienthal KS, Mary and Steve Grigg of Ulysses KS along with numerous and much loved nieces and nephews.
Patricia loved Scott City and Scott County. She was the past president of the Scott County Historical Society and was instrumental in writing and publishing the original Scott County History Book.
Services will be Saturday June 25th at 10:30AM at the United Methodist Church in Scott City KS with Fr. Don Martin presiding.
Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas.
Memorials are requested to Golden Rule Preschool in Scott City or St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital through Price and Sons Funeral Home in Scott City.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.
