Pamela Jane Hahn, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at Wichita County Health Center Long Term Care in Leoti, Kansas. Pam was born December 2, 1947 at San Diego, California, the daughter of Samuel & Juanita Horton Clemens. A resident of Wichita County, Kansas since 1971 moving from Port Hueneme, California, she was a homemaker, school bus driver and a Special Education teacher for Unified School District # 467 in Leoti, Kansas.
Pam was a member of the First Baptist Church in Leoti, Kansas.
On December 29, 1967 she married Jimmy Hahn at Fresno, California.

Eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Her parents precede her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 22, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Leoti, Kansas with the Reverend Gary Salmans officiating.
Burial will be in Leoti Cemetery in Leoti, Kansas.
Friends may call from Noon until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Leoti, Kansas.
Memorials may be given to the Pamela Hahn Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
