Norma Jean Mulligan, age 77, passed away on Monday, November 15th, 2021, at her home in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on November 17th, 1943, in Lane County, Kansas, the daughter of Paul LeRoy and Mary Olive Hurst Jewell. She was a lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas until 1990 when she moved to Sallisaw, Oklahoma until 2012. She graduated from Fort Hays University with an associate degree.
She was a member of the AQHA, KWHA, Pink Lady, Scott County 4-H, along with being on the Senior Center Board.
On November 3rd, 1962, she married Kenneth Mulligan, in Scott City, Kansas. He passed away on May 29th, 2010, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
Survivors include Two Sons- Brad Mulligan & Bonnie Cusimano of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Bryan & Linda Mulligan of Scott City, Kansas, Other Son - Kyle & Gina Lausch of Scott City, Kansas, Two Granddaughters- Nicole & Johnny Saulsbury of Monrovia, Maryland, and Kaelyn Burr of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Three Grandsons- Clay and Emily Mulligan of Scott City, Kansas, Trace Mulligan of Dodge City, Kansas, Legend Mulligan of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, and Six Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, and Two Sons Brett Mulligan and Brent Mulligan.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 20th, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Scott City, Kansas with Pastor Kyle Evans presiding. Services will be live-streamed and can be seen by clicking the Livestream tab on the left side of the obituary at www.priceandsons.com starting at 1:55 p.m.
