Scott City Mary M. Scott, age 83, passed away at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas on Friday, November 25, 2005. She was born on January 12, 1922 in Milan, Missouri, the daughter of Samuel J. and Katie K. Glidwell Catlett Jr. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, she was an office manager for Plains Utilities in Scott City for over 25 years and was an avid bowler. Memberships include: Assembly Of God Scott City, Kansas On January 13, 1946 she married James Clyde Scott in Spearman, Texas. He passed away on September 6, 1990 in Scott City, Kansas. Survivors: One Son Lewis Semmel Cheney, Kansas One Nephew E.L. Catlett Ulysses, Kansas Six Grandchildren Sixteen Great Grandchildren She was proceeded in death by her Parents, Husband, One Brother, One Sister, One Step Son, One Step Daughter, and Two Daughter In Laws.
