Lupe Moreno Franco, age 68, died Friday, May 31, 2013 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on November 9, 1944 in Nueva Rosita, Coahlia, Mexico the son of Miguel Perez and Dominga Moreno Franco. A resident of Garden City since 1957 Lupe had worked for the City of Garden City as an electrician and later as a plumber for Johnson Septic.
He was a member of the Assembly of God Church of Lakin, Kansas.
On April 27, 1964 he married Elda Ruth McInnis in Garden City, Kansas. She survives.

Two Sons, Tom (& Ronda) Franco of Garden City, Kansas and
Lupe Franco Jr. of Lubbock, Texas;
Two Daughters, Jacqueline (& Jesus) Gutierrez of Scott City, Kansas and
Rebecca (& Raymond) Franklin of Park City, Kansas;
Two Brothers, Ignacio Franco of Garden City, Kansas and
Martin Franco of Garden City, Kansas;
One Sister, Olivia Sandoval of Garden City, Kansas;
Sixteen Grandchildren and Ten Great-Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Two Brothers, Armando & Rafael Franco and Three Sisters, Maria Inez Corpus, Juanita Valdez & Elisa Lozoya.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at the First Assembly Of God Church in Garden City, Kansas.
Burial will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas.
Friends may call from 10:00am-8:00pm on Monday @ the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas.
