Lowell Everett Mulch, age 78, died Monday, July 19, 2010, at the Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City, Kansas. He was born May 31, 1932 in Scott City, Kansas the son of Everett & Geneva Muzzell Mulch. He received his Masters degree in Education from Pittsburgh State College. A longtime Garden City and area resident he had been a teacher at Allen County Community College retiring in the early 1980's.
He was a member of the Episcopal Faith.
On December 30, 1951, he married Ruby Kemper at Raton, New Mexico. She survives.
Other Survivors Include: One Daughter, Cindy Deckinger of Coffeyville, Kansas and One Grandson, Todd Deckinger of Long Beach, California;
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Brian Mulch.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, July 22, 2010 in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas with Rev. David Bell presiding.
Friends may call from 1:00-8:00pm Wednesday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas.
