Lonnie Snow

Lonnie O. Snow, age 52, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2011 at Via Christi St. Francis Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. He was born on March 4, 1959 in Scott City, Kansas, the son of Jerry O. and Irene P. Wedel Snow. After graduation from Scott Community High School, he attended college in Salina for two years before moving to Houston, Texas in 1985. In 1990 he moved back to Scott City, Kansas where he did construction work and painting. Memberships include the United Methodist Church of Scott City, Kansas. Survivors include his Parents - Jerry & Irene Snow of Scott City, Kansas, One Brother Larry & Pat Snow of Pence, Kansas, Two Sisters - Loretta Wright & Jeff Jones of Scott City, Kansas, Lynette & Carey Wilken of Scott City, Kansas and Numerous Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents and One Niece. Funeral Services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2011 with Rev. Dennis Carter presiding. Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the St. Jude's Children Cancer Research or the Boy Scout Troop #77 % Price & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Friday.
