Lillian E. Tittel

Lillian E. Tittel, age 92, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025, at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on February 18, 1932, in LaCrosse, Kansas, the daughter of Myrrl Excel and Grace Elizabeth Hinkel Kanaga. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since the early 1950’s, she was a dog groomer.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Scott City, Kansas.

On July 13, 1951, she married Elmer Paul Tittel in Ness City, Kansas. He passed away on October 16, 2011, in Scott City, Kansas.

Survivors include her Two Daughters - Lila & Charles Sager of Scott City, Kansas, PaulEtta & Bill LeMaster of Dighton, Kansas, Two Sister In Laws - Emma Jane Kanaga of Waynoka, Oklahoma, Emma Jones of Council Bluff, Iowa, Five Grandchildren - Mandy & Aaron Kropp of Scott City, Kansas, Andrea & Jake Schadel of Valentine, Nebraska, Cody Sager of Scott City, Kansas, Christopher Sager of Wichita, Kansas, Mathew & Kelly LeMaster of Scott City, Kansas, Seven Great Grandchildren and Numerous Nieces & Nephews.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Two Brothers, One Sister, One Grand Son, and One Great-Grandchild.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 7, 2025, at the First Baptist Church in Scott City, with Rev. Kyle Evans presiding.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Finney County Humane Society in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home, PO Box 552, Scott City, Kansas, 67871.

Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery. 

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 5, 2025, and 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2025, at Price & Sons Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington St., Scott City, Kansas, 67871.
