Lilia DeLeon

Lilia DeLeon, age 54, died on August, 09, 2016 at her residence in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on June 25, 1962, in Knox City, Texas the daughter of Cande Ybarra and Odelia Esquivel (surviving). She has been a member of the Garden City community since 2008 and provided care for her two grandchildren, Dominic and Clara Medina. While living in Garden City, Kansas she attended the Fellowship Baptist Church. On June 25, 1983 she married Alexandro DeLeon in Ulysses, Kansas. He survives. Together they spent 33 years of marriage. Survivors include: Three Children Allison and Hector Medina of Garden City, Kansas Alexandro DeLeon, Jr. of Garden City, Kansas Aaron DeLeon of Garden City, Kansas Four Grandchildren Joseph Medina of Georgia Angel Medina of Japan Dominic and Clara Medina of Garden City, Kansas Three Sisters Yolanda and Larry Velasquez of Ulysses, Kansas Sylvia and Chuck Haun of Dallas, Texas Delma and Robert DeLeon of Garden City, Kansas She was preceded in death by her grandparents, and one daughter Ariana DeLeon. Funeral Services will be on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Fellowship Baptist Church in Garden City, Kansas. There will be no public visitation.
