LeRoy L. Unruh, age 62, died at his home in Lakin, Kansas on Saturday, November 21, 2020. He was born on January 2, 1959 in McPherson, Kansas the son of Clayton and Jennie Unruh. He lived and worked with many different walks of life and he had an impact on nearly everyone he knew. He was a general laborer with his passion being in the farming and driving industries as well as mental and spiritual health. He also worked alongside counselors at New Chance Addiction Recovery in Dodge City, KS. LeRoy was raised in the Mennonite faith.

One Daughter Tonya (Tim) White of Lakin, Kansas
Four Siblings Gerald (Roberta) Unruh of Heartly, Texas
Marlys (Lyvon) Esau of Montezuma, Kansas
Flora Martin of Ulysses, Kansas
Larry (Darla) Unruh of Heartly, Texas
Three Grandchildren Jennabelle White, Levi White, and Tatum White of Lakin.
Three step-children, numerous nieces and nephews and many friends that he held dear to his heart.
He is preceded in death by one brother, Ron Unruh and parent’s Clayton and Jennie.
Visitation will be on Friday, November 27, 2020 from 10-8 with the family present from 4-6 at Price & Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Salem Mennonite Church in Haskell County, Kansas.
Interment will take place at the Salem Mennonite Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Price and Son’s Funeral Home to go toward LeRoy’s final expenses.
