Larry D. Brack, age 66, passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2013 at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas. He was born November 6, 1946 in Garden City, Kansas the son of Dean C. and Arlene Burch Brack and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. Larry was a farmer and rancher and had been a lifetime resident of Wichita County, Kansas.
He was a charter member and former elder of the Christ Covenant Church of Leoti. He also formerly belonged to the Rough Riders Saddle Club, the Leoti Roping Club, the Wichita County Cemetery Board, the Wes Kan Insurance Board, the Wichita County Fair Board, the Leoti Rodeo and Horse Show Association, and R-Calf USA. He was a past board member and president of the Wichita County Farm Bureau Association and the Kansas Cattlemans Association and he volunteered for the Wichita County Amusement Association.
On November 29, 1969 he married Carlotta Bauck in Leoti Kansas. She survives.

One Son, Sherman (& Crystal) Brack of Austin, Texas;
One Sister, Sheri (& Marshall) Zellner of Leoti, Kansas;
One Grandson and Three Step-Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at the Christ Covenant Church in Leoti, Kansas with the Pastor Don Williams presiding.
Burial will be in Leoti Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Leoti, Kansas.
Memorials may be given to the church, to R-Calf USA or to the Leoti Rodeo Club all in care of the funeral home.
