Kenneth Scott

Kalvesta, Kansas Kenneth Mark Scott, age 67, died Sunday, May 9, 2010 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on January 31, 1943 in, Tyler, Texas the son of Ronald G. and Louise Huckstadt Scott. Mark graduated from Kansas State University in 1965 with his Bachelors Degree in Geography and had been a resident of Manhattan, Kansas since 1961 returning to the family farm in Kalvesta earlier this year. He had been an Insurance Agent with American General Life Insurance Company. He was a member of Ducks Unlimited. Survivors Include: One Brother, Larry D. Scott of Kalvesta, Kansas and One Nephew, Nathan K. Scott of Dallas, Texas; He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Vurlyn Kent Scott and a Niece, Jennifer L. Crone. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas with Rev. Kent Little presiding. Friends may call from 1:00 until 8:00pm Wednesday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City. Interment will be at the Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas. The family requests memorials be given to Ducks Unlimited in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City, Kansas.
