Kenneth B. Rictor, age 90, passed away at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas on Wednesday, May 31, 2006. He was born on January 5, 1916 in Dunlap, Kansas, the son of Franklin Jack and Ethleen Best Rictor. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas he was a Custom Hay Bailer and a US Army World War II Veteran and a retired volunteer fireman.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, One Brother â Hershell Rictor and Two Sisters â Genevieve Schoonover and Vivian Shaw, and a Lifelong friend and Brother-In-Law â Melvin Schoonover.
