Kandace A. King-Martin passed away July 25, 2010 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born on October 30, 1968, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. For over 12 years and married for 7, she was a best friend and loving wife to Dallas Martin. She is survived by her husband, Dallas and parents Lyle King (Pamela), Nancy Schiel (Ted) and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Kandace graduated from Cheyenne Mountain High School and University of Colorado with a B.S. in business management. She was employed as a project manager for King Masonry for over 15 years. She was a loving mother to a beagle named Bailey as well as an amazing life partner to Dallas. She loved animals and was an accomplished horsewomen. Her cheerful outlook on life and unconditional love to all will be impossible to duplicate. Hers was a life well lived . She was one of a kind. She will be missed more than words can say. A Mass of Christian Burial is planned for Thursday, July 29, 10:00 a.m. at St. Paul Catholic Church, 9 El Pomar Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado. Graveside services will be at 10:30 am on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas with the Rev. Jeff Knighton presiding.
