Juanita Caldwell, age 89, passed away on Saturday, July 3, 2010 at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas. She was born on March 29, 1921 in Healy, Kansas, the daughter of Shirley Mulford and Della Swilley Cramer. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since 1945 Moving from Healy, Kansas, she was a Secretary at the Scott City Middle School and a Clerk at the District Court both of Scott City, Kansas.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas.
On January 29, 1943 she married William R. Caldwell in Dighton, Kansas. He passed away on August 16, 1983 in Garden City, Kansas.
Survivors Include her One Son - Larry Caldwell of Emporia, Kansas, One Daughter - Carol Sims of Tualatin, Oregon, Two Brothers - Leo Cramer of Healy, Kansas, George Cramer of Healy, Kansas, Five Grandchildren, and Three Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, and Five Brothers.
Funeral Services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 8, 2010 with Rev. Dennis Carter presiding.
Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas.
