Jesse E. Smith, age 86, passed away on Monday, November 26, 2007 at the Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas. He was born on May 24, 1921 in Morland, Oklahoma. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, he worked in several feed yard's and was a farmer.
