Howard M. Farr, age 65, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2007 at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas. He was born on March 30, 1941 in Scott City, Kansas, the son of James Wiley and Dorothy May Beach Farr, Jr. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, he was the Owner and Operator of D&H Tapes in Scott City, Kansas since 1963 and was a security guard at Poky Feeders retiring due to poor health. Howard enjoyed visiting with all his customers and friends while operating his movie rental store. After moving to Diamond View Estates in Dighton, Kansas and later to Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas he received much pleasure attending the movie outings in Garden City, Kansas sponsored by the Retirement Center Movie Project. . Other Survivors include: One Daughter Ronda & Brian Craven Springfield, MO One Brother Marvin & Lottie Farr Scott City, Kansas One Grandson Austin Keith Craven Springfield, MO One Granddaughter Emily Kay Craven Springfield, MO He was preceded in death by his Parents, and One Brother â Everett Farr and One Nephew - Justin Farr.
