Helen Louise Hoyt, age 91, died on Thursday, September 24, 2020 at the Homestead Assisted Living in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on April 28, 1929 in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Ralph Johnson and Dorothy (Morrow) Coen.
She worked as the administrator for the Finney County Health Nurse for over 30 years before retiring. Louise was also a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Louise was an incredible cook, baker and loved her country music. Louise was a super grandmother and certainly knew how to throw parties for family and friends. Her big smile and
infectious laughter will always be remembered for brightening up any room.
On March 7, 1948 she married Donald “Ed” Edward Hoyt in Garden City, Kansas. He preceded her in death on March 6, 2000.

Braelee, Axton and Emmie Louise
Other family Tom, Susan, Josh and Kara Barb plus many nieces
and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one daughter, Sherry Stalter; one son-in-law, Bob Stalter, grandchild, Christine Yvonne.
Open calling will be on Friday, October 2, 2020 from 10 am - 8 pm at Price & Sons Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 1 pm at the First United Methodist Church of Garden City, Kansas.
