Helen Brueggeman

Helen Louise "Aunt Lou" Brueggeman, age 89, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2011 at the Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas. She was born on April 8, 1922 in Scott County, Kansas, the daughter of Elisha Marion and Nerva Ellen Garoutte Dean. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, she was a bookkeeper. Her memberships include the Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Ladies VFW Auxiliary both of Scott City, Kansas and the KMCA. On June 1, 1941 she married Albert Brueggeman in Scott City, Kansas. Survivors include Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends and One Sister - Martha Berry of Scott City, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her Parents, and Two Brothers â Mark "Killer" and Harry Dean. Funeral Services will be held at the Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Scott City, Kansas at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2011 with Pastor Warren Prochnow presiding. Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Scott City, Kansas % Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.
