Harry James Chvilicek, age 81, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014 at Wichita County Long Term Care in Leoti, Kansas. Harry was born April 10, 1933 in Marienthal, Kansas, the son of John & Barbara Kessler Chvilicek. Harry served his country in Germany during the Korean Conflict with the United States Army. A lifetime resident of Marienthal, Kansas he was an agricultural mechanic.
Harry was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Marienthal, Kansas.
On April 10, 1961 he married Alvera Konda at Jetmore, Kansas.

His parents, and brother, Raymond Chvilicek and an infant daughter, Theresa Chvilicek precede him in death.
Vigil Services will be held at 7:00 pm Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Marienthal, Kansas.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, May 1, 2014 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Marienthal, Kansas with Father Benjamin Martin officiating. Inurnment will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Marienthal, Kansas.
There will be no calling times.
Memorials may be given to the Leoti EMT's, St. Mary Catholic Church or Wichita County Long Term Care in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home in Leoti, Kansas.
