Georgia Hoffman

Georgia L. Hoffman, age 69, died Sunday, April 27, 2008 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on July 26, 1938 in Satanta, Kansas, the daughter of Harold R. and Matilda T. Lohfink Hoffman. A Garden City resident since 1998, moving from Tyrone, Oklahoma, she was a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Pauls Lutheran Church of Burlington, Colorado. On June 5, 1960, she married Gerald L. Nothdurft @ Goodland, Kansas. He died February 12, 2003 in Garden City, Kansas. Survivors Include: Two Daughters, Shirley D. Nothdurft of Garden City, Kansas and Sherry D. Nothdurft of Garden City, Kansas; Mother, Matilda Wheeler of Cimarron, Kansas; Three Brothers, Walter D. Hoffman of Garden City, Kansas; T. C. Hoffman of Holcomb, Kansas and Eugene R. Hoffman of Holcomb, Kansas; Two Sisters, Patricia E. Wallace of Garden City, Kansas and Joyce E. St. John of Tribune, Kansas; She was preceded in death by her father, Two Nephews, One Niece, Two Sisters-In-Law and One Brother-In-Law. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, May 2, 2008 at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas with Rev. Richard A. Wood presiding. Friends may call from Noon-8:00pm Thursday and 10:00am until service time on Friday @ Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas. Interment will be held in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas. The family requests memorials be given to the Georgia Hoffman Memorial Fund in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City, Kansas.
