GAYNELL WAS BORN AUGUST 12. 1916 AT FELLSBURG, KANSAS, THE DAUGHTER OF JOHN EMMET & EMMA REBECCA ROBINSON FISHER AND THE YOUNGEST OF THREE CHILDREN. MOVING TO WICHITA COUNTY IN 1930, SHE AND HER HUSBAND ELMER LIVED ON THE WHITE WOMAN BRANCH SOUTH OF LEOTI WHERE THEY HAD BEEN ENGAGED IN WHEAT AND CATTLE PRODUCTION FOR NEARLY SEVENTY YEARS.

FUNERAL SERVICES WILL BE HELD AT 10:30 A.M. WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 30, 2006 AT THE FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH IN LEOTI, KANSAS WITH THE REVEREND CHARLES AYERS OFFICIATING. BURIAL WILL BE IN LEOTI CEMETERY, LEOTI, KANSAS.
