Evelyn M. Bauer, age 85, died on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas.  She was born on January 8, 1933 in Garden City, Kansas.

She was a member of the Church of the Brethren in Friend, Kansas.

On March 23, 1952 she married Harvey Raymond Jonnie Bauer in Garden City, Kansas.  He preceded her in death on September 23, 2008.

Survivors include:

Two Children Ronnie Bauer of Meade, Kansas

Deann Reeves of Garden City, Kansas

six grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, Dean Bauer; siblings, Chester Hill, Maymie Holley, Margie Sizemore, Rosie Hill, Imogene McCombs, Herbert Hill, Hubert Hill, and Earl Hill.

Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of the Brethren in Friend, Kansas.

Interment will be held immediately following in the Church of the Brethren Cemetery.

Open calling hours will be from 10 A.M. - 8 P.M. on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Price and Sons Funeral Home of Garden City, Kansas.
