Eunice (Toots) Leeper age 76 passed away May 15, 2016
She was the daughter of Beatrice Opal (York) & Clarence Leland Moler.
In 1958 she married Alvin (Shorty) Breit in Clayton, New Mexico.
November 19th 1966 Toots married Billy Leeper. They spent 49 happy years together.
She was a lifetime member of VFW Auxiliary, and a member of the Eagles. She served as the City League Secretary of Women's Bowling Association.
Living family members include husband, Billy Leeper of the home.

She was Preceded in death by her parents, 1 Sister Judy D Maggard and a Son-In-Law, Lee Oberheim.
Toots was raised on the family farm and attended Eminence Country Grade School. She graduated from GCHS, and attended GCCC.
She worked as a bookkeeper for Oswalt Industries and Finney County Clerks Office. In 1993 she opened Leeper Accounting, where she prepared Bookkeeping & Income Tax. Over the past 23 years of business, she developed many loving friendships with her clients, and considered them as family.
Toots was unique, generous, and creative. She had a great love for all children, bowled in numerous leagues for 46 years, traveled in many tournaments, as well as Coaching children in the Youth Bowling League for over 30 years.
She had a passion for playing slot machines in Laughlin and LasVegas Nevada. She also enjoyed making flower arrangements for weddings and Memorial Day. She loved telling stories, watching basketball, collecting Angels, reading and was a talented seamstress.
Her most joyful times were spent spoiling her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. Teaching them to bowl, taking them to movies, sleepovers,
Arts and crafts, and special vacations.
Toots touched so many lives, and helped many people. Her memory will live on, in all of our hearts.
Toots had a joyful spirit and was thought of as a Mom and Grandmother to everyone.
She was an Angel to us, and she will be right at home in Heaven.
Funeral Service will be held at The First Baptist Church, 1005 11th Street Garden City, Ks at 11:00 AM on Friday May 20, 2016
Visitation will be Thursday May 19, 2016 from 10:00AM to 8:00PM
With the family present from 5-7PM, Price and Sons Funeral Home.
Memorials may be given to the Toots Leeper Memorial Fund, St Jude's Children's Research Hospital, GCHS JROTC.
