Eunice Mae Ellis, age 82, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at her home in Bixby, Oklahoma, surrounded by her loving family. Born January 5, 1930 at Selkirk, Kansas, she was the youngest daughter of Elzy G. & Mary Lonberger Burch.
On August 14, 1946, Eunice married Lloyd Howard Ellis at Tribune, Kansas. Eunice and Howard left the Leoti, Kansas area in 1963, residing in Bixby, Oklahoma since 1997. She was a homemaker and nurse aide. Eunice was preceded in death by her beloved son, Larry Howard Ellis on February 17, 1950.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am Friday, February 3, 2012 at the Assembly of God Church in Leoti, Kansas with Pastor Michael Pelletier officiating.
Burial will be in Leoti Cemetery in Leoti, Kansas. Friends may call from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm, with the family available from 6:00-8:00pm, Thursday, February 2, 2012, at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Leoti, Kansas. In lieu of flowers, memorials in the name of Eunice Ellis may be made to Silent Angels Animal Shelter in care of the funeral home.
