Edna R. Wood, age 93, passed away on Monday, August 20, 2007 at her home in Tucson, Arizona. She was born on January 20, 1914 south of Rush Center, Kansas, the daughter of William and Lydia Wertz Rodenberg. She was a Scott County resident most of her life, having moved there in 1916 with her parents. She was a 1935 graduate of Manning High School. She moved to Tucson in 2002. She was a farmer and active in her hobbies of singing, quilting, crocheting, and wood carving.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, daughter â Janet Hayzlett, sons â Jerry and Jimmy Wood, Sisters â Freda Sanders, Serena Schoonover, and Lela Carter, Brothers â Alvin Rodenberg and Lester Rodenberg, Two Grandchildren â Quint Strickland and Jacquelene Mills.
