Duane A. Riedl

Scott City, Kansas

Duane A. Riedl, age 88, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at his home in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born on May 20, 1935, in Larned, Kansas, the son of Fred and Julia Kraisiner Riedl. He worked as a ranger at the Clifton District National Forest in Arizona for most of his life. 

He was part of the U.S. Army Reserve in 1958-1966.

Survivors include his Brother - Raymond Riedl of Phoenix, Arizona.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, Four Brothers - Orval Riedl, Wilbur Riedl, Bernard Riedl, and Dean Riedl, and One Sister - Opal Riedl.

Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024, at the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas with Rodney Hopper presiding.
