Carlos Enrique Gonzalez-Ovando

Carlos Enrique Gonzalez-Ovando, age 36, passed away on February 20, 2020 in Leoti, Kansas. Carlos was born November 11, 1983 in Villa Corzo, Chiapas, Mexico, the son of Julio Cesar & Maria Beatriz Ovando- Cruz Gonzalez- Lopez. Carlos was of the Catholic faith. He held a Master’s degree in Agricultural Biology and was a breeder for Seaboard Industries in Leoti, Kansas. He had been a resident of Leoti since November of 2019. His surviving family includes- His wife- Yasmin Gonzalez - De La Cruz- Leoti, Kansas Four children all in Mexico His parents and several brothers and sisters all of Mexico Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Leoti, Kansas with Father Tim Hickey officiating. Inurnment will be at a later time in Mexico. Price & Sons Funeral Home in Leoti, Kansas is in charge of arrangements.
