Bradley L. Mulligan, age 60, passed away on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, at his home in Salisaw, Oklahoma. He was born on July 15, 1963, in Garden City, Kansas, the son of Kenneth & Norma Jean Jewell Mulligan. Bradley grew up in Scott County, Kansas, and was a graduate of Scott Community High School in 1981 and then graduated from Seward County Community College. He was a resident of Salisaw, Oklahoma since 1991 where he was a Ferrier & horseman.
Bradley was a US Army veteran with the rank of Sergeant with the 82nd Airborne.
Survivors include his Spouse - Bonnie of Salisaw, Oklahoma, One Son - Legend Mulligan of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Two Daughters - Nicole & Johnny Saulsbary of Monrovia, Maryland, Kaelyn & Allen Scroggins of Poteau, Oklahoma, One Brother - Bryan & Linda Mulligan of Scott City, Kansas, Six Grandchildren - Johnny Saulsbary Jr. of Monrovia, Maryland, William Saulsbary of Monrovia, Maryland, Lucy Saulsbary of Monrovia, Maryland, Lucas Saulsbary of Monrovia, Maryland, Kasen Scroggins of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Aspen Scroggins of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Two Nephews - Clay Mulligan of Scott City, Kansas, Trace Mulligan of Scott City, Kansas, Two Great Nephews - Camden Mulligan of Scott City, Kansas, and Bexton Mulligan of Scott City, Kansas.
Bradley was preceded in death by his Parents, and Two Brothers - Brett Mulligan & Brent Mulligan.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
